When it comes to eyelash adhesive you probably just look at the speed, humidity and temperature right, but do you really know what this all means? Do you know how your lash glue works?
Lets take a closer look.

If you understand how eyelash adhesives work, you'll understand how to work with it and use it to your advantage.
1. The timings on your adhesive bottles (e.g. 0.5sec, 1 sec, etc.) indicate the fixture time, NOT the curing time. This means this is the time you have to re-adjust the placement of the lash extension once it hits the natural lash.
2. Humidity - this affects the drying time of the adhesive (the higher the humidity, the faster it dries, the lower the humidity, the slower it dries)
3. Temperature - this affects the viscosity of the adhesive, high Temps will thin out the adhesive, lower Temps will thicken the adhesive (thinner viscosity drys faster, thicker viscosity dries slower)
4. Cyanoacrylate is acid stabilized. That is, it reacts badly to acidic surfaces, acidic lashes can inhibit the adhesion (this is where the pH of the natural lashes come in to play)
Cyanoacrylate adhesives cure when exposed to moisture. The molecules in the cyanoacrylate adhesive will react with the moisture to form tight chains (bond) between the lash extension and natural lash
